Why this page exists
A health site that cites experts owes you two things it usually does not give. The first is a way to check that the person said what is claimed.
- What was said: every quote on this site links to its recording.
- Who pays them: this page adds the affiliation, why the view carries weight on that subject, and any commercial relationship.
The roster is deliberately small: thirteen people, quoted 26 times between them. Each built the thing they describe, whether the clock, the drug class, the trial program or the pathway.
Breadth of names is easy to fake. Depth is not. Researchers who want to add a position of their own can pitch the desk a contributed piece.

What a quote has to do to get used here
It has to carry one of three things. A researcher saying their field is promising is not information.
- A limitation the speaker states about their own work.
- A specific number, with its context.
- A position that costs the speaker something, such as a trialist giving their own trials even odds.
The selection rule leans hard toward that last kind, because the first kind is what every other page in this search already carries.
We're doing the trials because we don't know if they're going to work.

Do these researchers endorse this site?
No. None of them has any relationship with Rapamycin.store, has reviewed it, or knows it exists. Every quote is a line they said in a public recorded talk or interview, linked back to the recording so you can hear it in context.
Why quote people who sell the products?
Because a concession against interest is the most informative thing a commercially involved expert can say. The urolithin A executive conceding that most people cannot make the molecule, and the NR adviser calling the sirtuin hypothesis bankrupt, are worth more than a neutral summary.
How were the quotes selected?
From full recorded transcripts, choosing the line that states a limitation or a specific figure rather than the line that sells best. Where an expert says something that undercuts a claim this site would otherwise make, that is the quote we use.
Are the quotes verbatim?
Yes, transcribed from the recording and lightly cleaned only for filler words. Each one links to the source video or talk at the point it comes from, and the speaker's affiliation is stated next to it, including commercial ones.
What happens if an expert changes their position?
The quote stays attached to the date and recording it came from, which is why every citation carries a year. A 2020 statement about NAD is a 2020 statement, not a standing position, and the page it appears on is responsible for saying so.
